My Experience with Revlon Super Lustrous Matte Lipstick It Is Royal:
It Is Royal comes in bullet shape typical Revlon black body and gold band packaging. The top is transparent which will hint the shade that is inside. At the bottom a color coded sticker mentions the shade name and number.
6.Colorbar Velvet Matte Lipstick in Rum Raisin
This one is a crème lipstick, which has no shimmer, no frost. This one falls flat and is mainly matte and is a mix of mauve and maroon. This is a pretty bridal shade.
